QM06- IRCA CERTIFICATED INTERNAL AUDITOR TRAINING COURSE

A three day intensive and highly participative course for those expected to undertake Internal Quality Audits or required to develop a comprehensive audit programme prior to, or following ISO 9001 Certification.

The methodologies used are powerful and have enabled many 'novice' auditors to achieve exceptional results in a relatively short space of time.

The course begins by providing an overview of Quality Management and explains how auditing can be an essential component contributing to effective business management.

The different audit types are reviewed, together with guidance on how and when to apply each. The techniques of audit planning and conduct are explained, together with the use of audit check lists.

Delegates are taken through the audit planning process for both Product and Process Audits and introduced to a powerful audit planning methodology. Audit interview and questioning skills are developed through the use of extensive and entertaining role play activities which are a particular feature of this course and designed to re-inforce the teaching points.
