QM55 - QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND AUDITING FOR FLIGHT & GROUND OPERATORS

This course has been specifically developed to meet the needs of Air Operators in the understanding and development of formal Quality Systems and Auditing methods meeting the EU-OPS requirements and basic business needs.
This five day course provides training over the first two and half days in relation to the development and implementation of a quality system, following which for the final half of the course delegates are provided with Nigel Bauer & Associates IRCA certificated Internal Auditor training course set in the context of airline operations.
