QM62 - HACCP AUDITING
A five day course for those required to plan and undertake HACCP audits.
The course covers the theory and practice of planning and undertaking HACCP audits. It attempts to show how HACCP auditing can be a very powerful management tool and an effective agent for assuring food safety.
A "workshop" style is adopted to provide delegates with practical experience, audit role play activities are also included.
Potential problems and difficulties associated with HACCP auditing are examined and practical guidance given to overcome these.
This course is recommended for those required to develop a comprehensive HACCP audit programme prior to or following formal certification of their organisations's food safety management processes.
