QM09 - AUDIT MANAGEMENT AND TEAM LEADERSHIP

This four day course provides an alternative to those who have failed to gain the expected benefits from attending an IRCA certificated Lead Auditor training course, and presents a practical and common sense approach to the management of auditing in support of business objectives.

This course focuses more on the use of the audit tool from a management perspective, recognising that for many organisations the stereotypical and auditor led approaches to auditing are simply not serving the business needs or delivering any significant benefits.

The course is suited to those who need to provide auditing services across a broad range of company operations either in support of standard ISO 9001 based systems or as a means of safeguarding regulatory compliance, and who need to both manage and undertake internal audits and/or external assessment activities in support of supplier management and development programmes.

This course is a suitable alternative to the current Lead Auditor training courses for those who wish to manage the audit process and lead audit teams in a fully professional manner but have no desire or need to become formally registered with an auditor certification scheme.
