QM61 - AUDITOR'S WORKSHOP

A two day workshop for quality auditors aimed at the sharing of experience and improvement of auditing techniques. Common auditing problems are examined, including relationships with external auditing agencies, and practical solutions offered.

The concept of "Audit Management" is also explained together with mechanisms for gaining the visible and active support of senior management in relation to the audit process.

The course is aimed at Quality Managers, quality system auditors and senior management.
