QM05 - AUDITING WITH ISO 9001

A practical three day auditor training course for those who wish to undertake audits of an ISO 9001 based system.

This course is suited to both new and experienced auditors who wish to improve their auditing techniques (planning, conduct and reporting).

The course will use the powerful audit planning methodology as featured in other Nigel Bauer & Associates auditor training courses, together with auditing approaches needed to undertake audits in relation to ISO 9001.

In particular this course addresses the difficulties of auditing at more senior levels in an organisation as well as the specific ISO 9001 requirements relating to “Quality Policy and Objectives”, Continual Improvement” and the “Process approach” to quality management.

The course is designed to give confidence to those who are required to undertake internal and external audits of systems based on ISO 9001 and working mainly with an organisation’s detailed procedures.
