Quality Management.





Some aviation regulations have a specific requirement for an organisation to implement a formal Quality Management System, whilst others simply imply that a Quality Management System should be integrated into an overall Management System. However, irrespective of regulations Quality is of strategic importance to any business and hence the Quality focus of an organisation should be an integral part of its overall business strategy aimed at the provision of customer satisfaction and the effective operation of company processes. This two-day course aims to provide participants with the necessary understanding of quality management to enable them to begin the process of developing or improving their organisations Quality Management System to facilitate the achievement of organisational objectives and regulatory compliance.

The course is not specific to any one part of the aviation industry and will be of benefit to senior managers, quality/safety managers, compliance monitoring managers, regulators and all who wish to have a better understanding of Quality Management in the aviation industry.
